Introduction

Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bcb33 online gaming platform, including all services, games, betting products, promotional programs, and payment facilities made available through bcb33.pro and any associated mobile or web-based interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bcb33 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any service offered by bcb33, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease all use of the Platform immediately.

bcb33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time with reasonable notice communicated through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Who May Use bcb33

Access to and use of the bcb33 Platform is restricted to eligible players only. By creating a Player Account, you represent and warrant that each of the following conditions is met and will continue to be met for the duration of your use of the Platform.

• You are at least 21 years of age. bcb33 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years for all players across Bangladesh, consistent with responsible gambling standards applicable in the region. You may be required to submit documentary proof of age as part of the account verification process.
• You are acting on your own behalf and solely for personal entertainment purposes. You are not acting on behalf of any third party, and no third party has any beneficial interest in your Player Account, wagering activity, or winnings.
• You have not previously been excluded from bcb33 or from any other gaming operator as part of a self-exclusion or operator-initiated exclusion program, and you are not subject to any court order, regulatory prohibition, or other legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into this agreement.
• The funds you deposit on the Platform are from legitimate sources and do not represent the proceeds of any criminal, illegal, or fraudulent activity. bcb33 maintains compliance procedures consistent with anti-money laundering obligations and reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation from any player.
• You understand that online gaming involves a financial risk and that it is possible to lose all funds deposited. You agree to participate responsibly and to make use of the deposit limit and self-exclusion tools provided by bcb33 should you feel at risk of problem gambling.

bcb33 reserves the right to carry out identity and age verification checks at any point during the player relationship, including at registration, upon withdrawal request, and at any time when bcb33 has reasonable grounds to suspect non-compliance with the eligibility criteria set out in this section. Failure to complete verification to bcb33's satisfaction may result in temporary suspension of account functionality or permanent account closure, with any real-money balance returned to the player's verified payment method following KYC completion.

Account Registration

Creating and Managing Your Account

To access betting and gaming services on bcb33, you must register a Player Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. bcb33 processes this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The following rules apply to all Player Accounts at all times.

• Each individual may register only one Player Account on the Platform. If bcb33 detects that a player holds more than one account — whether under the same or different identities, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — bcb33 may close all duplicate accounts without notice, void all associated bonus funds, and review all wagering activity for irregularities.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activity conducted through your Player Account. You must notify bcb33 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account. bcb33 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• All information provided at registration and during the life of your account must be accurate and up to date. Players must notify bcb33 of any change to their registered mobile number, email address, or payment method. bcb33 may suspend account functionality until updated information has been verified.
• Player Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise permit any other individual to use your Player Account, including for the purposes of placing bets or collecting winnings on your behalf. Any such transfer will be treated as a material breach of these Terms.
• bcb33 may request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, address, or source of funds at any stage. Requested documents may include but are not limited to: a government-issued photo identification document (National ID card), a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months confirming your residential address, and a screenshot or confirmation of your registered mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket).

Accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve consecutive months with a zero or near-zero balance may be designated as dormant. bcb33 will use reasonable efforts to notify the player prior to dormancy classification. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact bcb33 support at [email protected].

Deposits & Withdrawals

Payment Terms and Conditions

bcb33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved mobile wallet services available in Bangladesh. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment terms apply to all Player Accounts.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum single-transaction deposit limit set by bcb33, however individual wallet providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) apply their own per-transaction and daily limits which are outside bcb33's control. Players are advised to check their wallet's applicable limits prior to initiating a deposit.
• Withdrawals will be processed only to a mobile wallet account that is (a) registered in the same name as the Player Account, and (b) has been used for at least one prior deposit on the account. bcb33 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, bank accounts not linked to a registered wallet, or to any account other than the verified wallet associated with the player's registered mobile number.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission during normal operating conditions. During periods of high volume, scheduled maintenance, or wallet provider downtime, processing times may extend. bcb33 will use commercially reasonable efforts to communicate any known delays via the Platform.
• bcb33 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider may deduct applicable service charges at their end. Such charges are the sole responsibility of the player and are not within bcb33's control or subject to reimbursement.
• bcb33 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significantly higher than the player's historical deposit pattern, where the account has not previously completed a full KYC verification, or where the account has been flagged by bcb33's risk monitoring systems. Withdrawal processing will be suspended until all requested documentation has been received and assessed.

Deposits made to a Player Account must be used for legitimate gaming purposes. Any deposit that bcb33 reasonably suspects has been made for the purpose of money laundering, structuring, or any other unlawful financial activity will be frozen pending investigation. bcb33 cooperates with all applicable regulatory and law enforcement inquiries and is not liable to the player for any delay in fund availability arising from such investigations.

Bonuses & Promotions

Bonus Terms and Promotional Conditions

bcb33 offers a welcome bonus and a range of ongoing promotions to eligible players. Participation in any promotion is voluntary and subject to the specific terms published for each offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section. Where any conflict exists between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Welcome bonus eligibility is limited to new players making their first qualifying deposit. A qualifying deposit is any real-money deposit meeting the minimum threshold specified in the relevant promotion terms. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, and per device. bcb33 reserves the right to verify that only one welcome bonus has been claimed per eligible player.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is displayed on the relevant promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for that promotion. Bonus funds that remain unconverted at the expiry of the validity period will be removed from the account automatically.
• Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain high-RTP slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10% or 20% of each bet staked). The contribution rate for each game category is published on the promotions page. Playing games that do not contribute to wagering requirements while bonus funds are active will not reduce the remaining wagering balance.
• bcb33 reserves the right to void bonus funds, reverse associated winnings, and close a Player Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using software or systems to identify low-risk betting strategies that exploit bonus terms; and depositing and withdrawing funds repeatedly with minimal genuine wagering activity.
• Seasonal and event-based promotions — including those tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup tournaments — are subject to their own specific terms and availability windows. These promotions may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice at bcb33's discretion, subject to the terms already accepted by players who have already opted in.

bcb33 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is amended after a player has already opted in, bcb33 will use reasonable efforts to honour the terms that were in effect at the time of opt-in for that player's existing bonus balance. New deposits made after the amendment date will be subject to the revised promotion terms.

Responsible Gaming

Responsible Gaming Obligations

bcb33 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms and are binding on all players.

• Players may set voluntary deposit limits on their account at any time through their account settings panel. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours from the time of the increase request. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately. bcb33 encourages all players to set deposit limits consistent with their personal financial circumstances.
• Players who feel that their gambling activity is becoming a problem may request self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests can be submitted by contacting bcb33 support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid self-exclusion request, bcb33 will close the account within 24 hours and take reasonable steps to prevent the player from opening a new account during the exclusion period.
• bcb33 will not knowingly send promotional materials to a player who is subject to an active self-exclusion. If you receive marketing communications after initiating self-exclusion, please notify bcb33 support immediately and we will investigate and correct the matter.

Prohibited Conduct

Actions That Violate These Terms

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bcb33 Platform. bcb33 reserves the right to take immediate action, including account suspension, account closure, voiding of winnings, and retention of deposited funds pending investigation, against any player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct.

• Fraudulent activity of any kind, including but not limited to: submitting false identity documents; using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials; making chargebacks or payment reversals after withdrawing equivalent funds from your account; or using manipulated or hacked device software to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Collusion between players, including but not limited to: sharing account credentials; coordinating betting strategies across multiple accounts to guarantee outcomes; or engaging in chip-dumping on live casino or poker products. bcb33 uses real-time monitoring to detect unusual betting patterns and reserves the right to investigate any activity that appears inconsistent with genuine independent play.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets, spin reels, or interact with the Platform in a manner that replicates or substitutes for genuine human play. All bets placed using automated means are void regardless of outcome.
• Any action that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime under applicable Bangladeshi law or international standards. bcb33 is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and will do so without prior notice to the player concerned.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction prior to registration and at all times during the use of the Platform.

Where bcb33 determines that a player has engaged in prohibited conduct, bcb33 may, at its sole discretion: suspend or permanently close the Player Account; void any bets placed or winnings accrued during or as a result of the prohibited conduct; retain deposited funds pending investigation; and pursue any legal remedies available under applicable law. bcb33's determination of prohibited conduct is final subject to any applicable dispute resolution process.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of Platform Content

All content on the bcb33 Platform — including but not limited to the bcb33 brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software interfaces, game displays, promotional materials, and any other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to bcb33 and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without bcb33's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of bcb33's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability. The game content displayed on the Platform is the intellectual property of the respective game studios and providers and is subject to their own licensing terms in addition to these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

Extent of bcb33's Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bcb33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits; loss of data; interruption of service due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance; downtime caused by third-party payment infrastructure (bKash, Nagad, Rocket); delays caused by internet connectivity issues at the player's end; or any loss arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform.

bcb33 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. bcb33 is not responsible for any technical failure of the internet, hardware, or software that prevents access to or use of the Platform. Where a technical error results in a game being credited or settled incorrectly, bcb33 reserves the right to correct the error and void or recalculate the affected bets, regardless of whether the error resulted in a benefit or detriment to the player.

Amendments

Changes to These Terms

bcb33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it affects players' rights in a meaningful way — bcb33 will publish the updated Terms on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players via their registered contact details with at least seven days' advance notice before the amendment takes effect. For minor or administrative amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning, or updates to contact information), bcb33 may update the Terms without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request closure of your Player Account. Real-money funds remaining in a closed account will be returned to your verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Governing Law

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which bcb33 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall in the first instance be submitted to bcb33's customer support team for resolution. bcb33 is committed to resolving player disputes promptly, fairly, and transparently. Players are encouraged to submit all disputes in writing to [email protected], with full details of the matter in question.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through bcb33's internal dispute resolution process, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect that party's rights pending resolution of the underlying dispute.
